Incoming mail gets delivered to my residence, but outgoing mail has been left many times. When this happens, the incoming mail is placed directly on top of the outgoing mail in our mailbox. Very poor service as far as carriers go.
I have never waited in line for more than a couple of minutes. The staff is always friendly and helpful. It's always a pleasure doing business at this location.
